Ordered the stone in 20kg. bags for ease of transport, The order arrived on time and the bags were as described, very satisfied. Just be aware the transport they use means they have to put the load on road or at least they had to in this case.
Unfortunately, the delivery was completely the wrong order which was a little annoying as we couldn't finish our garden in the time we had taken off work. So we sent it back with the driver. To be fair, customer services did respond quickly and we received our refund within 6 days. Mistakes happen! ;)
Shocking delivery and customer service experience. Customer service could not answer a simple question such as: from which depot the delivery comes, couldn’t provide their number, either the driver number, couldn’t track the delivery and inform me how far the delivery is from my home. No support whatsoever. Delivery issue: I felt very sorry for the driver as he had extremely poor and out of order equipment (pun-track) which was very rusty and old and broke at the end and my whole bag of soil end up on the street ( we have a very busy street). It was so embarrassing. Again, I contacted customer service and they did not even expressed any sympathy and support. The whole process was SHAMBOLIC!!!In general terrible experience and would never recommend this company to anyone. Please think twice before you order from them.It was my first and last order with them. Never again!!!
