Ordered and arranged delivery for Thursday. Nothing came. Rang them (obviously they didn’t ring me) to be told that it’s coming Friday. Nothing Friday and no communication again. I rang them again, to be told that it’s coming Saturday. Arrived Saturday. It’s so infuriating. No communication at all. I won’t use them again
Just want to say how pleased I am with my delivery which arrived yesterday.I ordered 850kg of white pebbles/stones.I feel the price was very reasonable including delivery.Here are some before and after photos.When I moved in there was a rotten shed blocking the view from the kitchen windows, sat on top of what would have once been bark chipping but was now a wet, water retaining, muddy bog.Much better and useable for the Spring/Summer.Only tip I can give would be that a smaller hand shovel may be easier to load your wheelbarrow than a conventional one as I found it hard digging in to the bag!
Ordered 50x20kg bags of Panda Gravel on delivery I received 1 Ton bag of Panda gravel and no communication of the change of order. This caused more pressure and extra work for myself and husband (both over the other side of fifty) as we had to manually unload the bag and walk gravel up a slope in buckets When contacting gravel master the young man was very apologetic and gave me a refund for the difference in price this could all have been avoided if the person who changed the order had contacted us.
