Product is exactly as advertised, packed well, shipped promptly, and a lot of fun. USPS misrouted the shipment and showed it delivered when I never received it, but John, in charge of Customer Experience, arranged for a replacement shipment immediately and without hassle, so I was enjoying my merchandise three days later. I will buy from these folks again and am happy to recommend them to others.

Out of this world customer service and products
