No response to issues regarding payment. No response to any query. No customer service at all. 72 hours was their turnaround time to get back to me.contacted them for the first time on 2/26/26 it is now 3/2/26. A couple hours longer then 72 and still no response.
Very friendly customer service! I was flagged for getting a large amount quickly, which is understandable, but it was resolved really quickly! I was really surprised! Money was available right away too!

Gravypass has definitely been one of the better play to earn platforms! Once you figure it out it is so easy to cash out with PayPal venmo Airbnb etc. hundreds of gift cards. I seen where you can do surveys in some ads, however I have yet to see them. Hopefully I'll see them soon!

Gravy pass is the BEST rewards app. I love how I have multiple games to choose from, and the adds I don’t mind watching because it gives you in game rewards helping me reach my goal. It’s been a long time that I got addicted to playing and these games actually keep your attention. I highly recommend Gravy pass to everyone tired of dead end games and actually will have fun playing the games provided. I had a few questions about a couple of games I had trouble with so I messaged support for some help. I honestly didn't think I would get any answers, I expected to get a rude computer generated response, sent to me by a robot like all the other money making apps I have tried.
