I purchased a dining set that looks great. However, after moving to my new home a few months later, I encountered a serious issue. While I was setting up the furniture, one of the chairs tipped over, causing the back railing to break and one leg to become loose, despite no excessive force being applied. This situation suggests a problem with the material quality. Even an inexpensive chair shouldn't break just from tipping over, especially since no one had used these chairs before this incident. This raises significant concerns regarding the furniture's durability and lifespan. When I sought a repair or replacement, the seller informed me that the manufacturer claimed the damage was due to external structural stress. Nonetheless, it's hard to believe that even a low-cost chair would fail so easily, and they ultimately refused to assist me.
For three weeks, I compared prices on my chairs with several different companies. Grayson had the best prices I could find but more importantly allowed me an opportunity to make an offer on my chairs. I made my offer online and after calling the company back daily for three days. I received an email with a super great discount. I received a call from Steven Todd who did an excellent job problem solving and explaining to me the process of ordering my chairs with the discount. I also need to mention the women who answered the telephone for those three days who were so kind and very helpful giving me direction and encouragement to wait for my email which would include my discount. Thank you everyone. I will be returning to your website to order more furniture. I appreciate all of you.
I actually bought six of your Cara Cole chairs. I made an offer you accepted it. The chairs were delivered perfectly. The delivery service was very conscientious about that delivery. I actually needed to order two more chairs. I didn’t quite get the discount. I did the first time but very happy with your service
I ordered furniture on Sept 9, received delivery on Oct 3. There was an issue with the nightstand, submitted a claim on Oct 3, per the company rep. I was told on Oct 10th a replacement will be shipped the the week of 10/20. Since then I have beenemailing and calling for updates with no responses to my emails or no call backs from someone who can resolve this. I have asked for a full refund or a replacement piece and still no response. Extremely poor customer service..I researched and many other customers have had similar experience. DO NOT BUY from them.
