Very happy with the head board. It was well worth the wait. Only issue was that (and I haven't reported this because I didn't want to wait any longer and the faff of sending it back etc) the back of the board is damaged from a slash in the cardboard packing that has gone right through to the back of the headboard (but not affecting the front of the headboard in any way) I don't know who is responsible for this damage? It is almost like a knife slash through both materials (cardboard and backing fabric)
I really enjoyed the products when they had their own location. Now that they are available through a different retailer, access has gotten better. While I miss the unique store ambiance, I believe the items remain well-designed.
I am quite pleased with these modern tree decorations. They have a contemporary design that complements traditional ornaments nicely. They are well crafted and offer good value. My only concern is the random color selection; I would have purchased more if I could choose the colors.
I ordered a casserole dish that was ready for collection the next day. The process was very well organized and as promised. I realized I needed a larger dish, so I returned the original and picked up another the following day. I was very impressed with the friendly service I received and would highly recommend it to others.
