Review Time
The resort had no entertainment, activities, or festivities for the guests. There was only one night, which was called BBQ night, when music was playing. The menus are limited, and when you tried to order from the menu, it wasn't available. The 7th Heaven Cafe was exceptional. The coffee and bakery products were delicious. They have an outstanding carrot cake. The people were extremely friendly and made our stay pleasant, although we did not have the amenities we were seeking. The staff made my birthday an enjoyable event, singing Happy Birthday to me at each meal. I was surprised by the absence of amenities because it was a Hilton property. The resort is for people who just need to get away and relax all day. I wouldn't recommend it to people who are looking for the Caribbean entertainment vibe. There was none at Curio Resort by Hilton.
Traveled to three cities in Spain for 10 days. Itinerary was seamless and really enjoyed a well put together package. To be knit picky every hotel room we had overlooked a roof with a bunch of air conditioners. Not the most romantic view. Also, tours that said English were English and Spanish. Made tours disjointed. Again, two small things. We had a great time and value was there. Definitely use them again.
We really enjoyed Lisbon our hotel was close to the tour buses that offered jump on/off locations throughout the city enabling us to sight see all over with ease. I wish the hotel in Porto had offered that to us. It was something we figured out but after we visited Lisbon.
Great trip, the fights had a connector there that went beyond the destinations and we had to fly back to the country and a connection state side that had an 8 hr layover. In general we have had a great time and two wonderful hotels - last one by airport was just so-so but we just slept before airport the next day. Overall, we highly recommend !!
