I experienced great customer service during possibly one of the busiest times for the store. On two occasions I selected the wrong print (home on an away and vice versa). A colleague from the store contacted me on both occasions handled the situation with such grace due to it being close to Christmas and prying ears of children. I feel like they have went above and beyond to make sure any orders they are unsure of have been confirmed. The delivery service even for personalised items has been so quick and the points system for money off was fantastic. I will continue to use the website and store and have also highlighted to friends and family how great the service has been and to also use the store over other retailers. Well done to the Glasgow store.
