If i could give zero stars, I would.
The customer service of vinted is simply horrible. They keep ignoring my request of refund for a transaction went wrong, and after more than a month i will now need to go through my bank to get the money back.
If there’s an issue they should be able to assist but they don’t so i would highly recommend NOT using their services as they are not accountable and trustworthy
I can’t write a full and extensive review because I didn’t even get to use the platform in any way apart from creating an account. I have created my first account only to find that out I was blocked 26 minutes into using it. Didn’t even have a chance to browse/buy/sell anything. While preparing to post my first item, I only received a message from Vinted about my account been permanently blocked. Tried to appeal but still haven’t gotten any answer. Will take it as a bad sign and might pass on using it at all.
Highly convenient for both purchases and sales. The interface is easy to navigate, with plenty of support and helpful tips. Most users are courteous, quick to respond, and trustworthy. I appreciate the ability to rate not just the seller, but also the buyer. Overall, this has been a very positive experience for me.
I created an account and my bank details were compromised within minutes due to phishing emails. I mistakenly thought they were legitimate since they linked to my official account. Avoid buying or selling here; there's a lack of security and customer support. Responses take too long for a proper conversation. Take my warning about this risky platform seriously! DO NOT SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND BANK DETAILS HERE!
