This service engages in deceptive tactics. They posted 9 fraudulent reviews about my business, and when I reached out, they demanded $297 for each fake review to take them down from their misleading website. It's incredibly frustrating that such dishonest entities exploit small business owners for their own financial gain.
THIS SERVICE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN. I recently found my business listed on their site with 9 reviews - all entirely fake. They are using our logo without permission and linking it to a copy of our website. We will track down the owners and take legal action if necessary.
This service is a complete SCAM. They created 9 false reviews about my business and when contacted, they DEMAND and try to extort $297 for each fake review to remove them from their misleading website. It's very disheartening that these bad actors exploit small business owners for financial gain through devious means.
I would rate them 0 stars if possible. They listed my business on their site without permission and every single review (both positive and negative) is completely fabricated. The "people" who supposedly left the reviews are not and have never been clients; we haven't even interacted with anyone by those names. I have reached out to the service to have our business, unauthorized use of our logo, and the reviews removed. It's a total scam and utterly unethical.
