Ordered 2 pairs of football boots for sizing on sale and had such a great saving on them compared to other websites.They arrived via in post as requested and this process was so easy. I returned the pair that wasn’t needed and the process was so simple via Royal Mail and have already had a refund. Very happy with the service of Greaves Sports and my son loves his new football boots and I’m very happy with the price I paid.
Fantastic company. Bought a personalised football shirt and hadn’t realised the personalisation hadn’t gone through properly, due to my own fault. Whilst some companies would have just carried with the order I was actually contacted by a member of the Greaves team who checked my order and quickly rectified it. The product was sent out the next day and arrived before the due date given. Couldn’t recommend enough.
I never normally leave reviews but the customer service has been amazing. I ordered a personalised kit for my son for Christmas - a last minute order after being let down badly by another company. The personalisation wasn’t possible (too long a name) but they came back to me within hours of placing the orders with alternatives. They helped me swap kit and still got it here in time! My son was so happy - thank you!
