I ordered some walnuts, and explained that I don't want rancid ones. Their walnuts are rancid and not fit to sell or eat. The nuts are easily 2 or 3 years since they were shelled, and they have not been vacuum sealed or refrigerated. Not a credible business.

Greenspoon is currently one of the only online food stores in Nairobi and they sure take advantage of that not to improve their services!They have a high focus on sale and none on customer service and sometimes quality. The warehouse workers are also poorly trained.As other reviewers have mentioned some of their item description are misleading and false.They have repeatedly sent me wrong items and or items that were not ordered! And since of late there's always an item missing from my order. In one of my last orders, they have sent me bacon, an item I don't consume as a pescatarian and due to religious reasons and i could have easily refused the whole order.Overall I have found them to be unreliable but continue to use them due to the lack of online food retailers in Kenya who sell such a variety of products and brands.
I wish i could give them a 0 star! They keep canceling orders without any valid reasons. And if thats not enough they are so rude especially when you go pick orders personally ! Especially this one lady when you just enter the warehouse to pick orders the first one where the pickup point is!So rude and unproffesional and when you complain on their page their block or delete your comment! I am extremely sad!
I ordered food from greenspoon and the app says my order is completed, but I have received nothing and the courier has not called me at all to confirm delivery. I called greenspoon to ask how to track my package or find out when it will be delivered, IF EVER. I was hung up on. It is a good idea, but poorly executed. Without any way to find out where my package is or communication with the courier, I'm pretty pissed off...I will reverse the mpesa transaction before 4 pm
I received my order timely and it was fresh and chilled as advertised. Victor, the delivery driver, went the extra mile to bring the order to my door even though I had planned to meet him at the building entrance. This was very much appreciated as I was working with my mother on a project and it was going longer than I expected. Thank you, Sir!
