Not only was Neils pricing was affordable but his serice was excellent. My blinds look brilliant and I am very pleased with them. I will be using him again and I would recommend him to anyone who wants an outstanding affordable serice.
I had a minor issue with one of my blinds, some years after I first had them installed. I contacted Neil and asked if he was able to help. He came back to me, ordering the specific part that I required and coming back to my flat to ensure the fix was put in. Great aftercare, as I was actually out of warranty. Thanks Neil!
Got a pleated blind sometime back and atleast twice has been broken. Everytime has increased charge for repair...agreed the price and came to collect. Then starts shouting and making excuses as won't park due to parking charges. Gave this guy my parking permit. Looks and says I would have to pay £100 if charged and then drives away. Completely unprofessional, rude and a big timewaster!! Clearly needs to learn some manners on how to behave with customers! On top, the blinds are of really low quality plus charges exorbitant prices compared to other blind companies! Tries to exploit customers and take undue advantage especially when you have already bought blinds from this guy, Neil!! Horrendous!! AVOID !! Should be reported and a formal complaint should be raised and his license cancelled!
