I am really not satisfied. Since when is it allowed to make defamatory and damaging reviews. In short, are you selling a software or are you discrediting other companies to easily appear in search results to the detriment of poor newcomers on the web? Bad way to do things, Google should do something about this.
I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with gridinsoft.com's rating system. As a website owner, I take the security and legitimacy of my site very seriously. However, gridinsoft.com has unjustly labeled my website as a "scam" or "untrustworthy" without any factual basis. This is an irresponsible and baseless assessment.Firstly, their reviews and ratings appear to be highly templated, lacking any personalization or specificity. I noticed that not only my website but also many others have almost identical comments and descriptions on their platform. There is no indication of real data analysis or proper investigation. This copy-paste approach is misleading to users and severely damages the reputation of the websites being reviewed.Secondly, I question whether their rating system serves ulterior motives. In many similar cases, such ratings have been used as a form of extortion, pressuring website owners to pay for better scores. While I cannot conclusively say that gridinsoft.com engages in such practices, their lack of transparency and arbitrary rating methods raise serious concerns.What’s even more unacceptable is their complete lack of response to inquiries. Attempts to contact them for clarification or to dispute the rating have been ignored. Their unwillingness to communicate or address concerns demonstrates a careless and irresponsible approach, further proving the unreliability of their system.In conclusion, I strongly discourage anyone from trusting gridinsoft.com’s reviews. Such baseless and unfair ratings can mislead users and unjustly harm businesses. Unless they can provide reasonable explanations or improve their rating process, platforms like this should not be considered credible or trustworthy.
This antivirus / security thing does not work at all. It tracks fake activity and proceeds to tell you that it is malicious when it's really not. They literally called my operagx malicious. They also made it 100x harder to cancel my subscription and with their TERRIBLE support system it took me 2 weeks just to cancel. The prices are stupid for what they give you, they literally just scam you and scan fake viruses and claim they 'cleaned your computer'. They also advertise fake things, like their "free trial" which didn't work so I had to buy it and I saw how terrible it was. I will never buy this again and so should you. Even MacAfee is better.TLDR: THIS IS A SCAM, PICK SOMETHING ELSE.
Tested the main antivirus, light on resources, the interface is a bit dated. I performed a scan, and it found some adware that Windows Defender and some other antiviruses stopped detecting a while ago, the full scan takes 50% resources. I pretty much tried activating the trial, of course, it didn't work but after a while, and an uninstall, I finally got my activation code and account.Antivirus detection rate: Not bad but could use improvement.Settings: Heuristics can be customized, reduce the sensitivity!Next, I tested the web protection. I did find out that the web protection was powered by the website reputation checker. I tested against "yotube.com" and some ad networks, including "oduwow.com", "peibuj.com", and "opukoj.com", they were blocked.Web protection: Not bad, not good.Additional tools: Resetting browser settings is really useful.Support: Horrible. (If you trust them, you will have to solve the problem(s) on your own. :/)Next, I tried their portable rescue disk, "Trojan Killer", it was basically a rescue disk version of the antivirus, except the interface was much simpler and clean. The trial was ridiculously hard to activate, like always. Overall Company Score: 3/10IT'S A SCAM!!!
