Since, then I have not received any response back from Gritty. I have requested a refund and have gotten no satisfaction from this company.

Completely unreliable service

This service is completely unreliable. They do not respond to emails and refuse to refund returned items. They also sell items that are out of stock. I'm still waiting for my money back, and no one is responding to my messages! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PROVIDER! They have a very poor reputation with consumer protection organizations.

I wish I could give a lower rating. I ordered from this service multiple times without issues, but my last return has turned into a nightmare. I received a digital gift card for my store credit that won't work, despite multiple attempts to use it! I've reached out numerous times without a response. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I see I’m not alone in this frustration. It's alarming to see so many complaints about unfulfilled orders and unusable credits. I urge everyone to think twice before making a purchase!

This service is a total scam

This service is a total scam. They do not respond to emails and refuse to issue refunds for returned items. They also sell merchandise that isn't available. I am currently owed money, and my messages go unanswered! AVOID THIS PROVIDER! They have a very low rating with consumer protection organizations.

Long-time customer, now disappointed

I have been a customer since the beginning! However, I've faced numerous issues. After a long break, I decided to give them another try, but out of my recent order, only one item arrived. When I tried to reach out, I was met with automated replies. I eventually had to escalate the matter to get my refund. They cited 'internal challenges' as an excuse, but that doesn’t justify the poor service. I won't be ordering again.
