I usually order through the app, they have sent me necklace broken without the pendant and broken hair brush, the order came from some storage from Romania.I have written a complaint and nobody was bothered to answer and also i have 2 returns, from tracking i can see it has arrived and no money returned, it's more than a month since then, also no replay for that complain as well. I love their products but some reason the storage keep sending broken stuff. 🙃

Unreliable service with poor communication

This company is not reliable. They lack proper customer service! Phone calls go unanswered, making it impossible to reach a representative, and the chat feature is ineffective. My order was delayed by over a week, and to make matters worse, even after returning part of the order, they took longer than the legal timeframe to process my refund.

Frustrating waiting period for my order

I placed an order on November 11th, and more than two weeks later, it still hasn’t arrived. The website now states delivery will be between December 1st and 6th. If I had known I would wait a month, I wouldn’t have ordered at all. To make matters worse, after placing my order, I was informed that several items were unavailable.

Unreasonably long delivery times

The delivery times are absurdly long. I receive packages from China faster than from this service. It’s hard to believe the management hasn’t been replaced given the incompetence. You can only cancel an order within 15 minutes, and if you miss that window, tough luck! I have a prepaid package awaiting pickup, and now I have to wait for the period to expire before it’s returned, while my money is lost. I placed another order on November 18th, and as of November 26th, it still hasn’t shipped. This is the least competent online store I have encountered.

Order delays and shipping issues

I placed an order on November 24th, expecting delivery between November 26th and December 5th. Currently in Romania, I was informed that my items would be shipped from a local warehouse, but they sent it from Poland instead. The delivery dates have been changed three times, now indicating a window of December 3rd to 12th. I can't even track the order, and I’m unsure if it will arrive before I return to my home country. This will be my last purchase.

I have contacted them multiple times via email, Instagram, and WhatsApp, but have received no response. Almost a month has passed since I placed my order, and it still hasn’t arrived. They seem indifferent to my situation. I strongly advise against purchasing from them.

Terrible online shopping experience

I placed an online order but needed to return an item due to an error in ordering. After returning it, I was promised a refund within two weeks, but it never came. When I reached out to the company, they claimed the refund was processed and suggested I check with my bank. After confirming with my bank that no transaction occurred, I contacted them again, but they insisted the refund was completed. I requested an official confirmation, but I never received a response. This has been my worst online shopping experience.
