If you are trying their service be very weary. I was lucky enough to be checking my results thrououghly every few days, when i realised there was no playlists to support the streams i asked them to stop. Spotify flagged those streams through their own mechanisms and removed them. I'm lucky not to lose my account. Buyer beware.To be clear again there are no playlists. Used their service for my one song and received a message from Spotify that my song was getting artificial streams. Thankfully Spotify gave me a warning and didn’t decide to take my music down. I’ve been messaging Axle for days and received no response yet. Poor customer service. I’m truly disappointed with groove gainer because I trusted them with my music. Sadly this service is just like the rest of the scam services….
We tested their service intentionally with a song that was doing really well on the streaming sites. There was absolutely no movement, not even 1 stream from this company. They do not send you any proof of playlists that you are supposedly on. So, I would stay far away from this one as it appears to be a scam.
I found Axel to be very hands on, and a very encouraging person. From the first week I’ve received 164 new monthly listeners, I believe it to be organic and not a scam that pushes bots! I will be using groove gainer to help assist my own separate promotion for future tracks! I would recommend them !
