First of all, this will be my third review. Details of my case are in the ones I already wrote.As of today (nov 29 2025) No money has been processed, they now refuse to answer my emails and messages on their live chat. For the record, check my other complaints for a recap. My case is going on since august 8. THIS COMPANY IS NOT RELIABLE! I’ve been dragging this case forward, send a truckload of emails but now they refuse to answer me in any way. All the things they say about waiting times is a lie, what company lets their player wait a total of three months!!!! For a payment to be processed?? They do because they can. From far across the atlantic they target european players, who have no legal standing against a company from Costa Rica. This is where we are right now:1. This company promised to pay a total of EUR 569,50 as a refund. This I agreed to on october 1st. After this, NO response.2. After some time, I said I wanted to call in a lawyer to take over.3. They responded a few hours later (ofcourse), after which I told them I agreed to this refund.4. Now almost 4 months of chasing the money I lost, they refuse to resolve this issue as I can’t get in touch. How convenient. This casino is an absolute mess. According to all the ‘legitimate’ positive reviews, all with strange names and same types of reviews, you pay out fast, there is no problem at all? Come on… I know better now.I believe, as of today, another person is reviewing the same issue with refund payments taking more than 5 weeks. Don’t let the other reviews fool you. If you are from Europe and you have a problem with this casino, they wait for months until you eventually give up. DON’T PLAY HERE! Niet hier spelen! Neem het aan van een ervaringsdeskundige.
