I ordered a coat with a promised delivery in 7 days. Now, 10 days later, the package hasn’t even been handed to the courier by the company. There’s been no communication from the store about the status; I have to check the tracking page daily with no updates. I’ve reached out multiple times regarding customer service, and the last update I received was five days ago stating the package is at customs. I’m worried it’s stuck there. I like the coat and prefer not to cancel my order, but these delivery issues raise concerns about the company’s overall management. I dread the thought of potential challenges if I need to return the item, especially with so many reviews mentioning incorrect products being sent.

They promised to send a return label last week, but I never got it and haven't received any responses to my emails since. For a month, they have my money but I don’t have the item I ordered. It feels like I’m doing all the work to get my money back and to return the wrong item. They’ve been polite in their communications, which is a plus. After posting on a review platform, they quickly responded and resolved the issue.
The clothing is nice, but the return period is only 14 days from purchase, even during the holiday season. I discovered this too late when I tried to return an item on day 15, which was frustrating. After 14 days, only store credit is available, which should be more clearly stated at the time of purchase. Other companies tend to extend their return periods during the holidays. While I liked the items I bought, I’m hesitant to shop with this company again due to potential return issues.
Edit (Jan 1st): I finally received my coat a month later. After I posted my initial concern, I quickly got a response. They informed me my package was lost, but they offered to resend it immediately, which I accepted. They were professional and polite throughout the process. I received the coat about ten days later. The coat is great, although the wool is slightly scratchy, which I think is normal for the price. I upgraded my review from 2 stars to 4 due to their professionalism and my satisfaction with the item. I believe this small shop is doing its best and may improve over time.
I visited the store for the first time yesterday based on a friend's recommendation. It was a lovely experience with a friendly representative.
