Review Time
I ordered direct and my order was delivered to a ‘neighbour’ without permission or consultation. Given this ‘neighbour’ is an off-licence a 10 minute drive away on a day I was home, I am left with the impression no attempt was made to deliver. I emailed customer service with no response and still have not received my order.
Marketing ads all over the internet is the reason I bought some (goan and tikka masala). The price has reduced I think from it's original 8 quid, I paid £5.65 a jar in Sainsburys..they are probably worth 65p in terms of taste..so bland and uninspired. Their marketing campaign is very effective but they don't deliver on taste..can't believe the other 5 star reviews!
Sauce amazing but Customer Service poor! Ive had these sauces before- especially like the Goan sauce as it has an authentic flavour. Unfortunately the last one I purchase had gone off. Whilst I don't expect to response straight away to be kept waiting after a week isn't great. Although i bought my sauce from Sainsburys it is a gymkhana product and would have expected a more prompt response when you highlight an issue. Not sure I'll bother again 😒
