I had an excellent experience with Habito, and their Habito Plus service was genuinely exceptional. From start to finish, the whole process felt structured, clear and completely stress-free.
My case manager, Ellen, was outstanding. She kept me regularly updated, answered all of my questions promptly and ensured I always knew exactly where things stood. I never once had to chase for information, which made a huge difference during what can normally be a very pressured process.
My mortgage advisor, Lizzie, was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. She quickly identified the best mortgage product for my circumstances and explained everything clearly and confidently.
Callum and Lindsey were also fantastic in helping me navigate and choose an appropriate level of life insurance. They took the time to explain my options properly and ensured I felt comfortable with the decisions I was making.
Overall, the service was professional, proactive and refreshingly straightforward. Habito Plus in particular removed so much of the usual stress from buying a home. I would absolutely recommend Habito to friends and family without hesitation.

As a first-time customer, I deeply regret choosing this broker and would never consider using them again. This experience turned out to be a significant waste of time. Communication was poor, and they failed to forward documents to the lenders despite having requests for information that were already on file. After waiting months for a valuation, which they initially claimed would take four working days, they informed me that my solicitors were unsuitable for their lender, even though they had known my solicitors for a long time. I would recommend avoiding this service if you want your mortgage application process to be even slightly efficient.
