I've just had my en suite shower room completely renovated. I dealt with a number of suppliers and my experience with Haddon was, by far, the most enjoyable. My initial contact was with George when I raised a couple of queries about their vanity unit. He was attentive, very easy to contact, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. The delivery was second to none, the vanity unit was beautifully protected with superb packaging (I have suffered delivery of damaged goods from other suppliers) and I am delighted with the overall look of my new bathroom, it is a beautiful, quality vanity unit. After searching high and low I found Haddon for the perfected bathroom. There products are fabulous and such good quality. Their customers service is second to none A⭐️ and delivery was very quick. Can’t wait to order again. Would recommend to anyone ⭐️⭐️
I bought a a double sink vanity unit from Haddon and the quality was excellent, and very reasonably priced. It’s great the it allows one to pick the hardware, which I was specific about, and the final result is stunning. Very nice and responsive customer service too!
Really happy with the beautiful marble sink. I would recommend contacting the company first before ordering as they can provide a more bespoke service, as each peice is surprisingly different, therefore you are more likely get what you want. We had an issue with the colour of the original sink but it was resolved effectively and efficiently by David in customer service who went out of his way to resolve our isssue. Really happy and would order again, especially if your looking for a quality one off unique peice.
My experience with Haddon was first class from the outset - from providing an initial quote, to rapidly dealing with last minute changes, the difference is the human touch - it instills confidence and professionalism - many other online retailers did not actually have many items when requested - Haddon were able to confirm instantly - this made a big difference to me.
