Quick delivery, excellent communication regarding delivery, and a beautiful watch. However, I do have an issue with the band on the sport model I received. At 6'1", I'm not particularly large, yet this watch band is quite tight on my wrist. I'm using the last hole, and it feels uncomfortable.

Quick turnaround

Quick turnaround, excellent communication regarding delivery, and the watch looks fantastic. My only issue is with the band on the sport model I received. I'm 6'1" and although I'm not huge, the band barely fits on my wrist. I'm on the last hole, and it's quite uncomfortable.

Disappointing Christmas purchase

Despite numerous follow-ups via email, I've had no response, even after messaging the representative during a live session, where I was told their return policy is 'very robust.'
