I am a hairstylist and a Salon owner in Brighton & Hove. My hair is a huge part of my identity, not just for me, but also my business. I have been thinking about a transplant for over 3 years, and was looking at travelling abroad. I have friends who have had it done and I have been very impressed. I was concerned about the travelling post transplant, but a friend had it done in the UK and it wasn’t much more in cost.I was recommended by a friend, to Dr Vishal Nayak at ‘The Hair Growth Centre’ in Romford Essex, after seeing his work I was blown away at the results, and every time I cut my friends hair, he always asked me why gave not booked it? I finally booked a consultation and made sure I was eligible for the transplant. The overall experience was great! It’s a full day, arriving at 8am. Dr Vishal made sure I was happy with the new hair-line I requested, and I was given plenty of local anaesthetic, the team Dency & Elena, went to work on harvesting my hair ready for the transplant. This is the most time consuming part of the day.Lunch was provided and afterwards the transplant was completed. I also opted for a PRP treatment to optimise the result of the treatment, which I highly recommend.I was finished by 3:30pm. After a post op review I was picked up and driven home by my husband, and was so grateful to be home in my own bed, ready for my recovery. I was really diligent with keeping my head hydrated & Clean, I made sure I had plenty of clean living to make sure my healing process was given all possibilities of success. Smita from the clinic has kept in Contact since the transplant. and has answered any question I had, from redness to when I can colour my hair again. I am extremely happy with the final result, and can’t wait for my hair to grow longer. When I look back, I wonder why I delayed the treatment. I highly recommend having a transplant to anyone who is considering having it done. My confidence has improved, and it’s incredible how it changes your face, it has in no doubt, made me look younger by re framing my face. I think for the cost and to have it done in The UK, it’s a no brainer!
The reception team were warm and welcoming The team that worked with Dr shuaid were really good , polite and very very good , I was so comfortable and I was not nervous Dr Shuiab was the perfect to carry out my transplant , very understanding on what my needs were and what he thought would work better , I will always recommend. Nothing feels better than trusting a team that is working to make you look good yet promise your health
