From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and was attended to. Dr Vishal Nayak and his team were excellent! The surgery was painless and went really well. I am very happy with the results. I would Highly recommend Dr Vishal Nayak and his lovely team.
Despite having 3 of us in for the same procedure simultaneously, there was never a feeling of them being stretched thin. I was attended to the entire 8 hours I was on site for the procedure and never left alone from the moment I entered the procedure room until I left. I was reassured the whole time as I was quite nervous at the start, and the entire process was as painless as could be, and the aftercare guidelines carefully explained to me. Romford HGC is the place to go for this procedure.
Firstly, it’s impossible to recognise that the Hair Growth Centre aren’t the ones who carry out your treatment. This seems to be subcontracted to My Hair Transplant. So take the negative reviews regarding the transplants via this company with a pinch of salt. My experience has been good, I went to the Birmingham clinic and met Rajesh. He talked me through the pre op, surgery and post op. Importantly, he didn’t force the sale on me, like another company I had visited wanted a deposit there and then. I had several questions regarding the contract. Rajesh provided me with quick answers and in writing. Overall, my experience dealing with the Hair Growth Centre has been good. Right let's start with the positives: Staff were polite, clinic was clean, quiet area and calm atmosphere for sn operation. Good care during the operation day.However, the money talk was very bad,I call it misinforming because they try to rob you, how? I ll explain: First day: consultation: the doctor said that my donner area is rich and can cover all the head. Very happy and enthusiastic. Second day or Operation day: new doctor drew a line just around my forhead and not even half of my head 😂 I asked why? He said " we ll inject with a new modern method called PRP technology" price is £1500 but for u it ll be £750 today. 3 injections ( 1 every 6 weeks). I agreed.After the operation, instructions were not really clear, even meds sheet was not clear enough.After care was very poor.Worst bit, when I found out 3 PRP are only cost £250 🤪🤪🤪 Now I have a big gap in my hair ,plus a big bold area by the crown area. Dont waste your money snd time there guys
