I had my hair transplant procedure a couple of days ago and even if the overall experience is very long, Dr Shuaib and his team, Jeeva, Phani and especially Camille have done their best to make it as comfortable as possible. Now let's wait and see the results!
Here’s an honest review.The 1 star review you can find my scrolling down is a load of rubbish, they do not ask you to review in trustpilot at all…So, now for the review, and why it’s a 4 star and not a 5:I came to HGC via a TikTok influencer and paid £3k for 2500 grafts which is great pricing from the research I did and I was happy with this.Dr Manir, was lovely, caring and great at explaining everything, evening doing me a solid deal on PRP treatment afterwards and allowing me to pay per session vs all upfront ! (£300 each) some places charged up to £500 from quote I got.Now, the experience was, well, painful. But that’s not what drops the star. I expected the anaesthetic to be bad, but I didn’t expect it to be that bad 😂 if you’re looking at this review before getting any hair transplant anywhere, be prepared for the worst 5 minutes of your life - after that, it’s a complete breeze and smooth sailing, quite a strange experience but the people who worked on my head were lovely and caring.Okay, now for the 1 star knock off:I expected Dr Manir to be doing the entire surgery, not a couple of hours out of a 8-9 hour surgery - that’s why a star is dropped, I wasn’t made aware this would be the case and expected Dr Manir to walk me through the entirety of the surgery. So I felt very uneasy starting 4 hours without him being there at all. However he did come in to make the incisions and his team then implanted the hair afterwards.Overall, the results at my 3 month mark are brilliant, I’m really happy and I can’t wait to see where I am in 12 months - I would 100% recommend this place, it’s affordable and most of the staff are lovely and have good people skills.I’ll be back to edit this review at the 6 month and 12 month mark**Edit, its not been well over a year, this is the best thing i ever did.**
