This company is completely unreliable! Caution is advised! My order, placed several days ago, still indicates Awaiting Fulfillment. When I attempted to reach their customer support, the call disconnected immediately. Caution to all buyers!
This seller is misleading! I spent over $100 on items, and the hair color shampoo is ineffective. The conditioner I received also doesn’t work. I’m requesting a refund. I've emailed them twice asking for a return label for the hair straightening system I ordered, which likely won’t do anything for my hair. It’s disappointing. I hope they face serious consequences.
I placed an order on November 1, 2025, and quickly emailed to cancel. Although the order was canceled, I still haven't received my refund. I've contacted customer service again but am still waiting. The provided phone number is unhelpful as no one answers, and I haven't received any email response either.
I placed my order and did not receive a confirmation email, which seemed odd. I was charged $149 CAD but later realized the cost was in USD. I've reached out via email but haven't received a reply. I've requested a refund after reading reviews.
I did a small test on my arm but applied a bit to my beard and chin. It caused burning and itching within hours, and now I have blisters on my arm and lips. I must have touched my chin and spread it elsewhere, leading to a rash. Nothing alleviates the symptoms. Thankfully, the support team was helpful and processed my refund quickly after my feedback. I advise testing a small area first and washing hands immediately afterward.
Edited 11/28/2025: Customer service, don't sugarcoat things if you want to improve. I've yet to receive any updates. This company continues to disappoint! I had issues with a previous order and decided to give them another chance, but I'm facing the same problems again. My recent order hasn't been updated for 5 days, and the only response I received was an automated reply. If you can't run a proper business, you shouldn't be in it.
I was pleased to find a company that claims no fragrances are used, as I seek fragrance-free products. I placed my order on 10-31-25, but 14 days later it's still 'awaiting fulfillment.' I've emailed twice for updates but received no response, while I get daily promotional emails. This lack of transparency is disappointing. Please refund my order.
