I had a terrible experience with this service. They withdrew $299 from my account but only refunded $190. The product I received was defective, and when I requested a return, they were unresponsive. After my bank intervened, I got my money back, but I never returned the item because it was worthless. This feels like a scam, and I am extremely frustrated with how I was treated.
I would not even rate them with a single star if I had the option. I placed an order for one bottle of a blood support product on the evening of November 16th for $59.99. I later discovered that the endorsements from well-known figures were all AI-generated and not genuine. I was unexpectedly charged $239.94 along with the initial amount. On November 17th, I contacted them to cancel the order and request a refund. They assured me I would receive my money back within 3-5 business days. Now, on December 4th, I still have not received my refund. Upon investigating this company, I found they have deceived thousands of customers. I have reported them to the Attorney General in my state and will also look into filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

I received a call confirming my order, but I NEVER placed one with this company. I only provided my name and contact info after seeing their ad on social media. I found the same product for much less elsewhere. I informed them that I hadn’t given a credit card number and threatened to file a police report for fraud if they pursued it. The representative hung up on me.
I feel scammed by this company. I intended to purchase one bottle at $39, but my receipt showed an order for $299. I was given an RMA number for returns, but my package, sent to the post office, has been there since 10/17 and I doubt it will be picked up. The promotional video seemed credible, but I didn’t know the company’s reputation until I received the email receipt. I told them I would escalate the issue to the Attorney Generals of Nevada and California if I didn’t get my money back within 5 business days.
This is a total scam. I ordered two bottles at $39 each with a supposed free bonus bottle, but received additional items totaling $189.36. I could have purchased everything for much less at a local store. I returned all items for a full refund, but customer service pressured me to keep them at a discounted rate. I had to be persistent before they agreed to a full refund.
What I received was not what I ordered. After notifying customer support, I returned the item with the RMA number included. They only offered a partial refund, claiming the number was missing, despite it being on the package. I advise against ordering from this company.
