I ordered two hampers that never arrived. I tried using the chatbot for assistance but it was unhelpful. I spoke to a representative on three occasions, and despite promises to follow up, I received no updates. It seems the delivery was falsely marked as completed. The lack of interest from customer service in resolving this issue is unacceptable.
The communication was very poor. I paid extra for a specific delivery date, but they ignored my notes and delivered early, ruining the surprise. I requested a credit for the additional shipping cost, but they have chosen to ignore my request. Very disappointing.
I ordered a hamper from overseas as a pre-Christmas surprise for my son and his girlfriend. I was informed it was delivered, but my son hadn’t received it. I’ve sent several emails without any response, and the surprise is now ruined. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. I have had better experiences with other services.
This was a huge letdown! I ordered on Saturday, it supposedly shipped on Monday, but it wasn’t delivered until late Thursday. There was absolutely no communication or apologies from the service. I recommend looking for other options.
