I am contacting you again regarding my return shipment number 16958273 sent to your Return Service (SPACEFOOT SAS – Service Retour).
The parcel was available for collection from 17/02/2026 to 23/02/2026, within the official 7-day timeframe indicated by the carrier. It was not collected and was therefore automatically returned to me.
The address and contact details provided were correct, and I fulfilled my obligation by sending the return within the required period. The failure to collect the parcel was not caused by any mistake on my part.
I will not assume the cost of a second shipment due to an internal collection issue. I kindly request that you provide a prepaid return label or an alternative guaranteed return solution so that the refund process can be completed.
If I do not receive a response within 7 days, I will proceed with a formal consumer complaint and initiate the appropriate payment dispute procedure.
I look forward to your prompt reply and a fair resolution.

I've bought a package 2 weeks Ago, all listed in the website as 24h shippment. It's been 14 days and the package haven't even left the storage (the delivery company didn't recieved the package yet...). The customer service takes 48h to answer and only with vague mensagens "we will delivery soon...". I'm leaving spain in a week and probably the package Will not arrive before that.
