Evo is always great! They have great deals, fast shipping, quality brands, awesome return policies! I buy here often. Last purchase were some great boots at a killer price. They were packaged great and customer service is right on.
I couldn’t be happier with the gear I purchased and the service I received. Every piece was thoughtfully recommended and made a noticeable difference on the mountain. From the K2 BFC 75 women’s ski boots, which are hands-down the most comfortable boots I’ve ever worn (a miracle for someone with large calves who usually ends the day in pain), to the Sidas x evo Winter 3Feet footbeds, which added incredible support and all-day comfort, everything worked together perfectly.
The layering pieces—Patagonia Capilene midweight top and bottoms—were warm, breathable, and comfortable without feeling bulky, and the Hestra wool liners were a great finishing touch for warmth and versatility. Overall, this setup made me feel supported, comfortable, and confident all day long—like I was gliding on clouds instead of fighting my gear.
What really stood out, though, was the expert service. The recommendations were spot-on, clearly based on real knowledge and listening to my needs, not just selling gear. The snowboard boots I purchased for my daughter broke in the lodge during her first use. I reached out to the support team for help, but they dismissed my concerns, claiming it was due to something she did on the chair lift. They do not support their products, and I regret choosing to shop with them.
