Excellent service and rates. And has a professional, helpful area salesman Deap.Without Deap coming in to see us, we would'nt be a customer of handypay, and not be benefitting its very competitive rates.

Fabulous service

Wow what can i say!Kim Cox visited me regarding a switch and in less than a week i have my terminal and set ready to go,saving our business money immediately.When i've rang shes returned my calls as soon as she possible could making switching to new card machine simple.I previously went on a comparison site and after a month was still waiting for the account to be authorised, but Kim switched us within the week!outstanding customer service and very easy to talk to.Thanks

The switching process was very smooth

The switch from previous supplier to Handepay was smooth from start to finish. I found the Handepay rep Robert Hathaway very helpful during the process. Robert went out of his way to install the new card machine for us (even got on his hands and knees under the front desk at the garage to connect the techi bit).The aftersales care has been excellent. Robert has called in whilst in the area to ensure we are fully happy with our new card machine.I have found both telephone payments and refunds to be an easy process to follow with the Handepay wireless card machine.
