First time buying from this company. I really liked some of their t shirt designs online in ads that I had come across so I ordered quite a few in one go. From buying to receiving the goods it took around a week. This was longer than anticipated. I did contact customer services and they did reply to me the same day as my two packages arrived. I'm very happy with the actual t shirts and they're every bit as good as I had hoped for the money. I'd be quite happy to shop with them again. Thanks.
My experience was somewhat mixed. I placed my order for a jumper on December 5th, and it arrived on December 18th, which was a bit frustrating. However, aside from that delay, I highly recommend getting a jumper from this service. The quality of the Christmas jumpers is fantastic.

It has been ten days since I placed my order, and I have yet to receive it or even a tracking reference to provide some reassurance. The only response I get from the online support is that 'the order has been fulfilled.' This is completely unhelpful.
I placed an order for 9 jumpers, spending over £130, and it took 10 days to arrive instead of the promised 5. I received only 7 jumpers and 2 T-shirts. I've contacted the support team but haven't received a response in nearly a week.
