I have made a savings, however I am not happy with the service I received. At all. My friend put me in touch with your company, and has not been given a thank you or a response whatsoever. I wouldn’t of known about your company if it wasn’t for her. My suggestion is having more of a people person to deliver the sales information.
I have been dealing with Rajesh Agarwal. He has been very helpful and has been prompt and clear about things. All questions answered. I've moved over from PaymentSense after 10 years after they moved over their merchant management system to Cybersource and nobody in their support team has any clue about how things work with Cybersource
What a refreshing change Handepay have been.Their rep Dave Goodwin has been very helpful and will always pop in to check we're still happy with service. Having the money in the account the following day is a big help for a small business. The one month rolling contract is a great idea too, it makes you feel that if you switch to them and you're not happy at least you can switch again if you need to and not be tied down. I'll not be changing though. Very satisfied customer.
