Bought OnCloud trainers for £95. Arrived today and they are fake. Smell really chemically and the glue is everywhere. Do NOT BUY. I only purchased the because of Trustpilot reviews.
Avoid this at all costs. Hanon CLUB Another £95 purchase, invoice sent immediately, all looked good? 6 days later, both purchase and tracking number are void and no response from customer service. Thankfully used the credit card so they’re on with the recovery of money.
After a long wait, my trainers arrived the wrong size.. and had a terrible smell to them. After sending many emails, i have given up due to no response from them.. My second pair was the boots, which also had a terrible smell. Again gave up as no response from them about returns. I decided to wear them as it was another £95 wasted and the top metal hook for the laces broke !!!So unfortunately don’t recommend this supplier and their copies of the original products..
