I ordered a oddie at the start of the month and it still hasnt been delivered. This is after i have messaged about seeing whats happening and instead of finding my order or shipping a new one they send me a link saying i should have paid for package protection to prevent it getting lost. Honestly disapppinted in thr servoce.
What started off as an appreciation for the original Oodie has accumulated in an absolute Oodie obsession. It’s now the only night wear I own; from sleep tees to warming PJs to XL sleep tees to cooling PJ wear. I refuse to wear anything else and literally dream of the time when I’m wearing my PJs and Oodie. Me and my husband have matching PJs and sleep tees and I would not have it any other way.
The first item they sent was wrong I was well impressed with the service in changing it was fast no hassle and had it with in a few days of sending the wrong item back definitely will order from them again
I have a lot of Oodie items as they are so soft, snuggly and keep you extremely warm. I have 3 Oodies in black, burgundy and dark green with matching pillowcases to store them, all except the burgundy as they don’t make it so it’s sitting in a black one. I also got a 6g weighted blanket, a dressing gown and a queen size blanket( I’m 5ft 11) all in dark green too, it’s one of my favourite colours. I had a lilac Oodie but the colour didn’t suit so I gave it to my Mum and she loves it. They are superior in warmth, and the quality is great. I bought all my items on sale as they are on the pricey side but if you can’t wait, they are worth it. ☺️
I purchased a fleece and a coat. The coat arrived well before Christmas, but the fleece did not. I reached out to the company, and they were incredibly apologetic, sending a replacement right away since the post office lost the package. My partner loves the fleece, saying it's much cozier than her previous one. The coat was a lifesaver for Christmas; she adored it immediately and wears it every time she goes out. She was so pleased that she forgot about the missing fleece. Would I recommend them? Absolutely! Their customer service exceeded expectations, and I’m completely satisfied.
I purchased a cozy item for my son for Christmas, and it arrived incredibly quickly. Unfortunately, it was stolen from my porch. I reached out to see if anything could be done, and they promptly replaced my son's gift. Outstanding customer support!
I've acquired several items from the company, and each has been wonderful, whether for myself or as presents. I recently got the confetti warming loungewear, and it's incredibly comfortable and cozy. I've also purchased the coat, a hooded blanket, a dressing gown, more loungewear, and slippers (not all for me), and I have no complaints about any of them.
The item arrived promptly. It was a lovely sleep tee in pink, intended as a Christmas gift for my daughter-in-law. She was thrilled with it! The quality is excellent, and the presentation was lovely. I've purchased several similar items for my family over the years, and they have all been satisfied.
I felt very let down by the shipping delay of my order and the complete lack of communication until I filed a complaint. They claimed to be "overwhelmed" by holiday sales, yet I continued to receive marketing emails during this time of trouble. It feels rather unprofessional.
My item was lost during transit with a delivery service, so I reached out to the support team and received a prompt and helpful response from a representative. They informed me that a replacement had been sent out, which arrived just two days later. Thank you for the excellent service!
