Great produce and sustainable…

Great produce and sustainable packaging. Only thing is the delivery times are so in accurate. Even if you pay for delivery next day it's arrives so late in the day. Other than that it's a great service.

Happy cart is a scam

happy cart supplier and stores are no longer taking or sending order due to limited funding to support orders they told me. but I ordered something and instead of reaching out to customers they have been silent. I understand things happen but this is very unprofessional. as a person who owns my own business this is very unacceptable. on top of that they offered to refund my order and they never did. to me its not about the money but its still unacceptable. I understand you can't reach out to everyone but there are alternatives they could have done, such as posting and update on the internet, social media apologize to there customer and letting them know. so nobody has continue to attack the company do to the lack of giving an update. I would give this company 0 stars if possible.

Charge for discount code scam crazy import charges

I was suspicious of the supposedly reduced price for an espresso machine and the claim that shipping was free given the outside uk warehouses. Glad I've looked at trust Pilot to see that customs charges are added in small print when you go through checkout. I expect lots of people fall for paying the £7 for discount prices membership before seeing the huge shipping costs who can't get their £7 back. Looks like a total scam!

Doesn't actually ship to the UK! Unless you want to fork out hundreds of £s...

Website is .co.uk but when I added my details at the checkout it tried to charge me £251.44 for a couple of garden chairs! I've never seen anything like it! It says on the website "Our worldwide warehouses ship both locally and internationally, so your items arrive as cheap and fast as possible." and lists Great Britain as a warehouse location. Obviously this is a load of rubbish, as the checkout says it will be shipped from Spain! Annoyed this rubbish website wasted my time. Thank goodness I didn't also waste the £7 for so called 'gold' service that it tried to get from me before it told me this.
