Our recent group trip through southern Spain was plagued by train cancellations. I don’t know what we would have done without Happyrail. They quickly rerouted us and issued new tickets despite the fact that there were 16 of us. On one segment they arranged for a bus to get us to a city when the train company offered no help. They also arranged our hotels and all were quite nice and extremely convenient to all the sights we planned to visit. What a well run organization!

A much-needed solution for European train travel.

This platform is essential for European train travel. Overall, it functioned quite effectively while I was making seat reservations for interrail. I encountered some trouble booking for the train from Lyon to Narbonne, so I opted for a reservation at a later stop instead. Additionally, I found it puzzling that I had to provide my interrail pass number for this trip, but not for the return booking.

The website could use improvement, but I managed to book successfully.

To be honest, the website isn't the best out there. I found it much easier to get results when I switched from my phone to a computer. Nonetheless, I was able to secure the booking I needed (sleeper reservation) with a minor booking fee, so I'm satisfied.
