Can't recommend Harbour Holidays enough. We loved our stays in Trevone and wanted to extend our stay for next year. The owner had got the weeks booked out following our week but Ellie kindly offered to contact the owner to see if they were willing to release it and they were! We were also advised, just in case, of another apartment in Constantine which looked fab and we would have bkd that instead if Ellie hadn't come up trumps for us.Both apartments we have stayed in have been clean, updated, well stocked and a perfect location for us. We were fortunate to meet all the staff when we popped in to the shop in Padstow. All very welcoming and helpful.
For the last 7-8 years we have the same week in Padstow each year and always book dog friendly cottage with Harbour Holidays. The administration, support and service is always excellent. When we have had an issue it has been dealt with promptly and without fuss. A great local company with office in the Harbour. Strongly recommend to others.
Stopped at Sandy's flat with Harbour Holidays and it was perfect. Owners attention to detail was amazing, flat was spotless little treats left for us ( thank you), kitted out to the highest spec. Great view and location.Info and updates from owner and the Harbour team absolutely clear and friendly.Read through the comments book and all previous stays ecstatic with stay as we are.Want a beautiful flat with great team behind the booking then HERE it is.
All in all, we got a great service from Harbour Holidays. There was a bit of a glitch with their website, when I tried to book but that was sorted by Clare and everything went smoothly after that. Their online Touch Stay Guidebook gave us all the info we needed about the property and was super handy to have when, for instance, working out the ins and outs of appliances. Over the years, we've booked with a number of different agents in Cornwall and all have been fine but, I have to say that Harbour Holidays have been the best so far and they will certainly be my first port of call when I'm next looking for a holiday in the area.
We stayed in LittleGambia and it really was the perfect base for exploring Padstow and the local area. Brian and Anne are clearly amazing hosts as the property was immaculate and little touches like fresh milk, coffee and tea were very much appreciated. The gardens were stunning and a perfect place for a morning cuppa. And watching the sunset over the sea from.the front bedroom- priceless!
