I am writing to formally complain about this unprofessional company.

The confirmation email I received included an order number that repeatedly showed as invalid whenever I attempted to track the delivery. Because I live outside the country, this created significant stress and uncertainty while trying to ensure the order would arrive on time.

This delivery was extremely important. My sister had to put her dog down, and it meant a great deal to me that the flowers arrived the same day. I paid for expedited delivery with the clear expectation that this commitment would be honored. Not only was the order not delivered as promised, but I also received no communication informing me of the delay or failure.

I attempted to resolve the matter by calling the customer support line. Their automated system stated that a live representative would contact me, yet I have received no follow-up. This lack of communication and failure to provide the paid service is unacceptable.

The flowers were delivered two days after the expected delivery date, and they were not in the best shape. The overall experience, lack of customer support, lack of communication, etc., should be a huge red flag for future customers.

I ordered treats for a cousin, he got out of the hospital early so I tried to contact them for a chance of address. They claimed someone would get back to me but never did
Then I asked for a cancellation and that did happen either, in fact I never heard from the company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!!!!

We have family that live in Taos and have historically struggled with flower deliveries over the years. A situation arose where we wanted to send flowers, so we placed the order on Sunday evening and received notice that they were delivered first thing Monday morning. It couldn’t have gone smoother. Flowers were beautiful!

This company is a scam, it advertises as "Sunny Florist" a local florist located in Canton, Georgia with a picture of a woman arranging flowers giving the impression she is the local owner. Instead your phone is redirected to an 800 number listed as "Blossoms" with no address. I gave two days delivery notice for a flower deliver in Canton. Flowers were never delivered and their customer service simply said they are out for delivery but could not contact the delivery driver. They never called back. This NOT a local canton vendor. I finally contacted Flowers Florist a local vendor and the flowers were delivered the same day. They attempted to trick the wrong person, I am an attorney and fomer law enforcement officer and I will get my money back.

Avoid this flower service at all costs!

I strongly advise against using this flower service. I wouldn't want anyone else to endure the same ordeal I faced. They appear to be a deceptive company masquerading as a real business. I placed an order for flowers and balloons to be delivered by a certain time and date, paying extra for expedited service. The flowers arrived four days late, and there were no balloons. The arrangement looked subpar compared to what I had chosen. I attempted to cancel when the delivery was supposed to arrive, but I was informed it was too late. I am disputing the charge with my bank and have reported them to the relevant authorities. They even had the nerve to add a tip fee that I never approved and that they certainly did not earn! I'm frustrated that they can still market themselves as a legitimate business!

Beware of this service!

This service is untrustworthy! I paid for expedited delivery by 1:00 pm, yet by 4:45 pm, the flowers still hadn't arrived. When I attempted to cancel, they informed me it was too late. Additionally, they charged a tip and handling fee that was not mentioned upfront. I have reported them to the appropriate authorities. Avoid using this service! Consider yourself warned!

Disappointed with the delivery for a special occasion

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday to be delivered at her workplace, providing a full week in advance for the delivery on her special day. When I checked the status online, I found that the order was untraceable. After contacting the support team, I was informed that the delivery was scheduled for the day after her birthday! I received no clear explanation for the delay, and was told it was being sent via a courier service, which undermined the promise of a local shop and same-day delivery. I will be seeking a refund and disputing the charge.
