Pull Out Tie Rack Was Damaged

I ordered a pull out tie holder. When it arrived a couple of pins were bent. I took some pictures and sent an email notifying customer service that I had a problem. I quickly got a response saying that they would immediately replace the damaged item. Everything extremely quick and was very easy. These are great people to work with.
