I ordered 4 blankets on 11/25/2025 and received an order confirmation, with charges processed on my credit card the same day. However, I haven't received the product and can't get any updates. I've emailed twice, called, and texted, but there's been no response. If I could, I would give a zero rating. The Trust Pilot logo in their confirmation email shows 4.5 - it's not trustworthy!
I placed an order for fire blankets more than four weeks ago, and I haven't received anything yet. Communication is impossible; calls go directly to voicemail, and no one gets back to me. I've sent emails and used the contact form, but I still haven't heard anything. I strongly advise against ordering from this service.
As others have mentioned, I did not receive my items (4 pack of fire blankets). I placed my order on November 28 and received a confirmation email stating I would get another when it shipped. That second email never arrived, and the order was supposed to arrive by December 5. I received nothing. I reached out to the support team twice but received no reply. After two weeks without any updates, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card provider.
I placed a bulk order for 8 fire blankets and over a month later, I still haven't received anything. The tracking number provided has become completely untraceable. The website now shows that my tracking number "currently has no shipment or tracking details." Despite several attempts to reach out to the company, I've received no response. I've tried messaging through the website, emailing, calling, and texting, but have not connected with anyone. I even contacted several stores that they claim to partner with, but they had never heard of the fire blanket. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt since the website appeared credible, but it looks like my order may never arrive.
I bought a fire blanket last year and feel very safe. I bought 4 more -2 for my daughter and 2 for my grandson. I want to feel they are also safe. This is the best invention. So easy to use and effective at a time you need effectiveness.Highly recommend this product for all ages.
