Subscription Bait-and-Switch

I was lured into a subscription I never wanted. Over a month after my first order, I was charged over $300 AUD plus delivery fees without my consent. I thought I was being scammed and even canceled my credit card. I never agreed to receive this product again, and there was no clear communication about this. The entire process feels misleading and unfair. I cannot recommend this company.

Complete Scammers

These are complete scammers. I opted out of the subscription, yet they still sent me products worth $299. I've had to cancel my bank card to prevent further unauthorized charges.

Not a Trustworthy Company

I strongly advise against this company. As other reviews have noted, they lure customers in with an automatic refill order, making it genuinely difficult to obtain a refund. I'm currently filing a complaint with the relevant authorities. We need to raise awareness, as their practices are deeply concerning, and no one else should have to endure this experience.

Deceptive Practices

Not exactly scammers, but certainly unethical. I recently helped my elderly relative cancel an automatic recurring subscription they unintentionally signed up for. There was a tiny checkbox when purchasing a product, which she missed (it was pre-checked), leading to a recurring charge of $257. No confirmation emails or communication about the subscription. She received the initial order but was shocked when $257 was deducted from her account and more products arrived without any paperwork. This company exploits the elderly and their lack of internet savvy. Thankfully, after pressing for refunds, they complied once I assisted her in returning the unopened products. Avoid at all costs; they are sneaky.

Issues with Refunds

I returned products from a subscription I didn't know I had signed up for, which were in perfect condition. Despite emailing and live chatting with the company, I still have not received a refund of $272.42 after six weeks since they got the products back. All I'm told is to be patient! This is beyond a joke. Such a dishonest company that doesn't honor its 30-day money-back policy. Terrible customer service.
