Just got the best experience in customer service, I called with some questions and this guys answered all my questions, explained the product and helped me even to look for specific solutions for my set up. Really looking forward to plunge tomorrow morning.

This was an amazing experience. I went on a limb to trust a brand that I've never heard of before and they came thru. The customer service has never failed me like others say. I was getting responses quick and had the opportunity to hop on Facetime with Joe and talk to Josh and Victor about upgrades and general tech questions. Highly satisfied.

Sold for the cold

I'm Rob and honestly was very skeptical about cold plunging, however the titan wellness team has been absolutely great. The system was not only super affordable but just convenient with set up and all around maintenance. Pro+ chiller with any tank is great or like myself go with an acrylic. Thank you Titan Wellness. 👍🏻👍🏻

It will COST YOU over $500 to return!!!

Attempted to order cold plunge set up and it took over a month to deliver. I sent multiple emails to titan asking for them to give me return label so I could return it and to give my money back. They would continue to send irrelevant emails that didn’t give me any information. Finally returned it and it literally cost over $500 bucks to return it ! In which titan refused to do anything about it and even said they could charge an additional 35% stocking cost. WHAT? Be careful from ordering from them! It cost me $500 to return the cold plunge that took them over a month to send to me.

If I could give a -5 star!!!

It took forever to get my titan cold plunge and then the chiller broke over a month ago and they will not send me the parts to fix it. They keep saying that they are sorry for the communication and then I never hear from them again for two weeks. I paid $1800 for the whole set up and it has been a horrible experience and at this point we are going to be getting our lawyer involved to get our money back!!!

If I could give zero stars I would, the most horrendous customer service I have ever seen, I never ever write reviews but I have too. I can not emphasize enough, do yourself a favor and DO NOT EVER EVER BUY FROM THEM. The product is fine when it works but honestly most of these companies are the same so find one that doesnt constantly lie. I was without my chiller for over two months, lied to constantly, I still haven't gotten it back, I was told I was getting a new one for over a month then thay never happened ed so then I had to send it out and told it would be a "high priority" over a month later it's finally getting sent back only because I had to call and check, so we'll see how long this takes and if it actually works.....im sure this company will not be around long, again, there are so many options out there, do not do not do not buy from them.EDIT, wow ive been reading the reviews and it seems everyone has the same issues, how has the BBB not stepped in, they did the same thing to me, they always tell you what you wanna hear to get you off the phone then do nothing. Also made me my for shipping thier price of garbage broken product. Im an avid cold plunger and a huge advocate for it, so please everyone stay far far away from them
