I ordered some knitted animal socks. First of all, they took almost 3 months to arrive, and when they finally did, the quality was terrible and nothing like what was advertised. I expected knitted socks with an animal design, but what I received were cheap, thin socks with an animal face glued on, which felt hard. I paid £33 for two pairs, and when I requested a refund, providing images to show the difference, the only offer I received was a $5 refund. Please be cautious if you decide to order from this service, and don't expect to receive what is advertised.
I ordered a hand held vacuum cleaner from them. My TOTAL cost originally stated was $37.50. Within the same day my mastercard statement showed they added in an extra $12.14 for TAX!!?? - now $49.39! Thus that same day, I contacted them to cancel my order. Of course they never responded at any time!? Now a month later, I am still waiting for this order. God only knows where it is coming from!
Qualitys pretty decent plus fits just right in my space. Kinda annoyed bout the delivery time tho but at least this thing does what its supposed to do just fine. Waited like 3 weeks for this to come and to my surprise it actually turned out way better than expected.
