Disappointing customer service

I was really excited to receive the outfit I ordered for a special event. When it arrived, the color was beautiful. I couldn't wait to try it on, but the zip was broken. I reached out to the company immediately, but I was shocked by their poor customer service. They were unhelpful and rude, leaving me with an unwearable top and feeling very frustrated. I wouldn't recommend this business, which is unfortunate since the outfit seemed lovely.

No response to my emails. Very frustrating experience.

I ordered two outfits and requested to cancel the order within 24 hours because I found it too expensive. However, the company has not responded to any of my emails, and no one answers their contact number. I'm worried they will keep my money. I may have to involve my credit card company to get a refund. I'm very upset, especially since I have encountered numerous issues with their communication. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand.
