Review Time
I placed an order on 12/16, and the website indicated it would ship in 3-5 business days. When I contacted the support team on 12/23, they informed me that they had been experiencing a high volume of orders, resulting in shipping delays. After following up again on 12/26, I received a tracking number. However, as of 1/3, USPS still has not delivered the package. I am very dissatisfied!
I wish I could rate them lower than one star, as that's what they truly deserve. I made a purchase in mid-November, and it arrived with a significant scratch on the plexiglass. After reaching out to the seller, they sent a replacement that arrived poorly packaged and damaged. When I contacted them again, they mentioned they would send another replacement when they could. My frustration was met with vague responses. This is unacceptable and indicates a complete lack of customer support! At 63 years old, I know how this should work. I requested a refund, and the platform complied. I strongly advise against supporting this ineffective service!
My order was canceled by the company simply because they wanted to charge me more. They had the items but insisted on a higher price than what was initially stated. This is unethical and unacceptable. Additionally, their customer service directed me to another website to pay more if I didn't want to accept the increased price. This occurred a few days after placing the order, leaving me empty-handed.
