Review Time
Second try. We ordered the biggest 20 kg, where they had written will be beef, chicken and salmon. Packages 500 g. We got packages 1 kg. for ou small dog very unpractical and no salmon. I have written to support and i got vage and arogant answer. I have screenshot and video of their website where they had wrote exactly what i am saing. They say its not true:) we will complain at higher place just because their arogance.
I made my first order from Italy and I'm very happy. Everything I ordered was there and goods arrived quite frozen,it's normal considering the distance. The thing that will turn this site to my main BARF supplier is the fact that offers many BIO choices 😍
I have been buying meat for 2 dogs for 6 years in this store and I see that the quality of the products in the store and their selection are getting worse. The last time I ordered meat with delivery within 2 days and one box was delivered on time, and the second one a week later. The meat in the second box was melted and half had to be thrown away. I wrote a letter to the support service, but did not receive a response or a refund for the delay and spoiled product. Also, 6 packs of salmon mince in the last order were of poor quality, the mince smelled like herring and was gray in color with an unpleasant odor. Since I bought this mince regularly, I know what the product should be like. But I received a completely different one, of worse quality and clearly not salmon.
I leave here the email I sent yesterday:I would like to issue a complaint on the above order because the package arrived with damages to the box and the food. In past deliveries it happened that some of the food packages were almost completely thawed and the whole delivery was a complete chaos in the box (like somebody just threw the frozen food without any care or control). However, this last order was completely unacceptable. Some of the packages I had to throw away because the plastic was broken and the thawed food and blood was leaking all over the rest of the package. I am sure you are aware of how important it is to maintain the cold chain with frozen food, and I am not entirely sure this was ensured with the last order. You can find attached some pictures illustrating my complaint.I am happy with your product but this status is not acceptable. I would like to request a refund for the lost food and the potential risk of infection due to the broken cold chain. I have been using you for a while and have always been very happy but since I have moved house and my orders are now a lot bigger, I have not received my complete order. I seem to get one box on one day and then the other half of my order arrives the next day defrosted. Lately my orders have also been missing a kilo of food. If I experience any of these issues with my next order I will be taking my business elsewhere.
