AVOID THIS SELLER. Horrible quality and customer support

I ordered a jacket from the company for $69.95 on November 25, 2025. I received it today, and it was of terrible quality, resembling unappealing fur, and the zipper is practically useless as it gets stuck. It took forever to open the jacket upon receiving it. Customer support informed me that I would need to return the product at my own expense, which was not made clear at the time of purchase. I was offered a 10% discount if I chose that option or a store credit to buy more low-quality items. All I want is a full refund. I hope no one else gets scammed by this company.

Fantastic boutique experience!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the boutique. The pieces are even more stunning in person — the quality, fit, and fabric are exceptional. You can truly see that this brand values attention to detail. Shipping was seamless, the packaging felt luxurious, and the customer support was friendly and attentive. They answered my questions promptly and made the entire experience memorable. I've received many compliments on my outfits. I’ll definitely be ordering again — it has quickly become one of my favorite boutiques.

Mixed feelings about the delivery

Thanks for following up on my product delivery. I did receive the item and my partner likes the colors. However, I’m unsure about the origin of the jacket, as it seemed to travel a lot before arriving. The packaging was damaged, leaving the product exposed. It may be worth checking with your shipping provider about their delivery process.
