I have yet to receive my order, which I placed in September 2025, and now it's January 2026. The customer support is inadequate, providing only generic replies to my emails. I can't get in touch with a real person! The phone number listed is out of service. This experience has been utterly disappointing. I wouldn't recommend ordering online. If you're fortunate enough to get your order, you might wait months. They've taken my money, but I still don't have my sweatshirt.

I did get a return authorization, but returning the item would cost $25 and take 17 days to reach their location, while I live in a different province.
This company is a complete scam. I ordered a dress worth $200 in July, and here it is December with no sign of it. They keep promising a refund but continually delay the timeline. There's no platform to leave reviews. After commenting about their scam on social media, they blocked me.

Believe all the negative reviews! This company is facing bankruptcy and has closed many locations. Returns are impossible, and they lack reviews on their site. I ordered three items for delivery to my daughter, but only two arrived. I had to email them since there’s no phone support; their chat was never available. It took over a week for them to reply. They asked for photos of something that wasn't included! I will have to dispute this with my credit card company and will never order from them again.
I can confirm that the other negative reviews are accurate. I wish I had seen them before placing my order! They didn’t send my jacket and accused me of lying when I reported it. They claimed to have checked their records and wouldn’t assist me. It was disheartening to be treated that way. I lost some money, but I won't spend another dollar here.

I am missing over $900, and they are not responding to my emails. Their chat feature is always offline. What a disappointment!
The customer service is terrible. While their products are decent, I received an item with a hole in it. They refused to send me a replacement, claiming it was an imperfection that didn't qualify for a refund. I was willing to pay for return shipping but was denied. I would recommend only purchasing in person.
